What we sell

Illustrated study material on nutrition for students and anyone who wants to understand how food works, delivered as downloadable PDF files. Nothing is shipped physically.

This is study material, not a course and not a diet. It does not give credit or a grade. Nothing in it is medical or dietary advice, and it does not replace a doctor or a registered dietitian. The practice questions were written for this material.

Your purchase

One payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
The download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, normally within a few minutes.
If a title is sold before it is finished, you receive it in the same folder as soon as it is ready, at no extra cost.

What you may and may not do with the files

You may read the files on your own devices and print them as often as you want for your own use. You may not resell them, share them publicly, upload them to file-sharing sites or distribute them to third parties.

We take care that the content matches the sources it cites. Even so, the material is educational: your course, your teacher and your health professionals always come first. Nothing in it is medical or dietary advice. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to what you paid.
